Energy & Resource Efficiency

We find and prioritise efficiency measures with estimated savings and payback attached, so the case for each intervention stands on its own numbers rather than on general enthusiasm. The analysis starts from actual consumption by process, site and time, because you cannot reduce what you have not first measured. Measures are then sequenced by payback, disruption and the capital available, so the programme fits what the business can realistically fund. After implementation we verify the savings that were actually realised, including where a measure underperformed, because that honesty is what makes the next business case believable.

In short

Energy and resource efficiency work reduces energy, water and material use through measured, prioritised interventions. The discipline that sets it apart is verifying savings after the fact, not assuming the estimate held.

What we do

The work inside energy & resource efficiency.

Consumption analysis

We analyse energy, water and material consumption by process, site and time rather than at the level of a single utility bill. Breaking consumption down to where it actually occurs is what turns a vague sense of waste into specific, addressable measures.

Measure identification

We identify each measure with an estimated saving, cost and payback, so the options can be compared on a common basis. Attaching numbers to every option is what lets limited capital go to the interventions that return the most.

Implementation prioritisation

We sequence the measures by payback, operational disruption and the capital available. A realistic order of works is what keeps a programme moving rather than stalling on the measures that are technically attractive but practically hard.

Verification of savings

We measure the savings realised after implementation and report them against the estimate, underperformance included. Verified results are what give the next round of investment its credibility, and what stop a programme coasting on unproven claims.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Consumption analysis by site and process
  • Measure list with cost, saving and payback
  • Prioritised implementation plan
  • Post-implementation verified savings report

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Utility costs are rising without explanation
  • Consumption is billed but never analysed
  • Efficiency projects were implemented and never verified

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your sector, stakeholders, existing commitments, and the requests you are receiving. We establish who is asking you for ESG information and what you have already committed to publicly, so the work answers real pressure rather than a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review material topics, current data, governance, and the gap to the reporting you need to produce. We report plainly where your current numbers would not withstand scrutiny and what it would take to close the gap.

  3. 03

    Design

Define metrics, ownership, data flows, controls, and a reporting approach you can repeat. The design fixes how each number is produced and who owns it, so reporting becomes a repeatable process rather than an annual scramble.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Implement the measurement and governance changes, and review disclosures against the evidence. We test every public claim against its source before publication, so what you disclose is what you can defend.
