Diversity & Inclusion Advisory

We analyse workforce data and the people processes behind it to find where outcomes diverge, and we design changes to those processes rather than relying on awareness campaigns alone. The emphasis is on where hiring, promotion and performance decisions quietly produce different results, because that is where change is both possible and durable. All analysis is handled under data protection rules, aggregated and minimised so that it never exposes individuals, and where samples are too small to report safely we say so. The aim is a short set of process changes with measures attached, reported honestly over time.

In short

Diversity and inclusion advisory uses workforce data and process review to identify where practice, not intent, produces unequal outcomes. It treats divergent outcomes as a question about process design, not about the goodwill of individuals.

What we do

The work inside diversity & inclusion advisory.

Workforce data analysis

We analyse representation, hiring, progression and attrition by stage, lawfully and with individual privacy protected. Looking at each stage separately is what reveals exactly where a cohort falls away, rather than leaving a single headline number to be argued over.

Process review

We examine how hiring, promotion and performance decisions are actually made, to locate where outcomes begin to diverge. Finding the step in the process that produces the gap is what lets a fix be specific rather than a general exhortation to do better.

Pay equity analysis

We analyse pay for like work using a documented methodology that can be re-run and defended. A transparent method is what lets the findings be acted on with confidence and revisited consistently in future years.

Action design and measurement

We design changes to the process with measures attached, and set a cadence for reporting progress honestly. Pairing each action with a measure is what distinguishes a plan that moves the numbers from one that simply restates the ambition.

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your sector, stakeholders, existing commitments, and the requests you are receiving. We establish who is asking you for ESG information and what you have already committed to publicly, so the work answers real pressure rather than a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review material topics, current data, governance, and the gap to the reporting you need to produce. We report plainly where your current numbers would not withstand scrutiny and what it would take to close the gap.

  3. 03

    Design

Define metrics, ownership, data flows, controls, and a reporting approach you can repeat. The design fixes how each number is produced and who owns it, so reporting becomes a repeatable process rather than an annual scramble.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Implement the measurement and governance changes, and review disclosures against the evidence. We test every public claim against its source before publication, so what you disclose is what you can defend.
