Cybersecurity Awareness & Training

We deliver role-specific security training built around realistic scenarios and your own real risks, and we measure whether behaviour changes rather than whether a module was completed. General staff, finance, developers and leadership each receive material relevant to the threats they actually face. We run phishing simulations designed to teach rather than shame, treating reporting rates as the headline measure. Over time we track reporting, incident trends and repeat susceptibility, because those tell you whether the programme is working in a way a completion certificate never can.

In short

Cybersecurity awareness and training builds practical judgement in staff, developers and leadership, measured by behaviour rather than completion rates. The aim is that people recognise and report a threat when it reaches them, not that they have clicked through an annual module.

What we do

The work inside cybersecurity awareness & training.

Role-based content

We build separate material for general staff, finance, developers and leadership, drawn from the risks your organisation actually faces. Finance needs to recognise payment fraud, developers need secure coding, and leadership needs to understand decisions and targeted attacks. Tailoring the content keeps it relevant and far more likely to stick than a single generic course.

Phishing simulation

We run simulations designed to teach rather than shame, and treat the reporting rate as the headline measure rather than the click rate. The behaviour that protects an organisation is prompt reporting, so that is what we encourage and measure. Those who click receive supportive guidance, not punishment, because punishment suppresses the reporting you most need.

Secure development training

We train engineers on the specific vulnerability classes actually found in your code, using your own findings as the examples. Training on abstract issues rarely changes how people write software. Grounding it in real findings makes the lessons concrete and directly applicable to what they build next.

Measurement

We track reporting rates, incident trends and repeat susceptibility over time rather than counting course completions. This shows whether judgement is genuinely improving across the organisation. The measurement also identifies groups that need further support rather than blame.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Role-based training material and sessions
  • Phishing simulation programme with results
  • Secure development training from your own findings
  • Behaviour measurement report over time

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Staff have clicked a phishing link or approved a fraudulent payment
  • Training is an annual tick-box exercise
  • Developers repeat the same vulnerability patterns

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand what matters most, the obligations in play, and what the organisation is genuinely trying to protect. We agree scope and rules of engagement in writing here, so testing is bounded and authorised before it begins.

  2. 02

    Assess

Test and review the systems in scope, and establish real exposure rather than theoretical risk. We gather evidence for every finding, so severity reflects what we demonstrated rather than what is merely conceivable.

  3. 03

    Design

Prioritise remediation, control improvements, and architecture changes against risk and effort. We sequence the work so the exposures that matter most are closed first, within what the team can realistically do.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support remediation, retest what was fixed, and help the practice hold as the environment changes. We confirm fixes actually closed the issue, rather than taking remediation on trust.

Where we work

Delhi, India — and wherever the work is.

Fidova delivers cybersecurity consulting and technical assurance from Delhi, India, and works with clients internationally; testing and review are performed remotely against your environments, with on-site work arranged when scope requires it.

Engagements run in English, are scheduled around your time zone, and can be delivered remotely end to end, with on-site time planned where a phase genuinely benefits from being in the room.
