SAP Training & Change Management

We prepare people properly for SAP change, starting with impact analysis by role, moving to training on their real tasks, and continuing with support after go-live where adoption is actually won or lost. We establish what changes for each role in the detail of their daily work, then train people on their own processes with recognisable data rather than generic navigation. A super-user network is built so colleagues have local help once the project team steps back. Crucially, we plan for the period after the first week and measure whether the system is used as designed, because workarounds establish themselves quickly and quietly if nobody is watching for them.

In short

SAP training and change management prepares people to work in the new system and sustains adoption after go-live. It is where a technically sound implementation is either adopted or quietly worked around, and the difference is usually made in the weeks after go-live, not before.

What we do

The work inside sap training & change management.

Change impact analysis

We establish what actually changes for each role, in the concrete detail of their daily tasks rather than at the level of a process diagram. Understanding the specific before-and-after for each group is what lets training and communication address what people genuinely need to do differently.

Role-based training

We train people on their own processes using recognisable data, not generic system navigation, so what they learn maps directly onto the work they will do on day one. Training anchored in the learner's real tasks is retained, whereas abstract navigation training is forgotten before go-live.

Super-user network

We build and support a network of local super-users who can help their colleagues once the project team has moved on. This distributed, nearby support is what sustains adoption in the ordinary weeks after go-live, when most questions arise and central support has wound down.

Go-live support and adoption measurement

We support people on the floor after go-live and measure whether the system is actually being used as designed. Because workarounds take hold quickly and quietly, measuring how transactions are really processed reveals where design or training fell short, so it can be corrected before the workaround becomes permanent.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Change impact analysis by role
  • Role-based training materials and delivered sessions
  • Super-user network and support model
  • Go-live support plan and adoption measures

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Users are being trained on navigation rather than their processes
  • Previous go-lives left people working around the system
  • No plan exists for support after the first week

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business drivers, decision rights, existing systems, and what the programme is genuinely expected to change. We separate the outcomes that justify the investment from the features that merely sound desirable, so the programme has a clear purpose to steer by.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review process, data, integration, controls, governance, and change readiness against the plan. We report where the plan is sound and where it rests on assumptions that will not survive contact with delivery.

  3. 03

    Design

Set out the target processes, control requirements, data approach, integration model, and adoption plan. Each is documented well enough for a system integrator to build to and for you to hold them to it.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support the programme through configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilisation with independent oversight. We keep the line on scope, data readiness, and controls while the integrator delivers, and flag drift while it is still correctable.
