ERP Integration Services

We build ERP integrations around defined contracts that state volumes, timing, ownership and what should happen when a message fails. Processing is made idempotent and errors are handled explicitly, so a failure is visible and recoverable rather than a quiet gap discovered later. Where interfaces number more than a handful we usually recommend middleware for monitoring, retry and consistency. Throughout, we reconcile volumes and values between systems so the data demonstrably agrees rather than being assumed to.

In short

ERP integration connects the enterprise system with other applications so data flows reliably and consistently. Done well it is largely invisible; done badly it produces silent failures and figures that disagree between systems for days before anyone notices.

What we do

The work inside erp integration services.

Interface inventory and contracts

We catalogue every interface with its volumes, timing, data owner and expected behaviour on failure, so nothing runs in the dark. A documented contract per interface is what lets you reason about a problem later instead of reverse-engineering it under pressure.

Integration implementation

We implement through APIs or middleware with idempotent processing, so a message delivered twice does not corrupt data. Explicit error handling and logging mean failures surface immediately and can be replayed rather than silently lost.

Master data synchronisation

We establish a single system of record for each data domain and synchronise outward from it in one direction. This is what stops the same record drifting into two different versions across systems, which bidirectional sync without a clear owner always produces.

Monitoring and reconciliation

We monitor interface health so a stoppage is noticed in minutes rather than days, and we reconcile volumes and values between systems on a schedule. Automated reconciliation turns disagreement between systems into an alert instead of a dispute discovered at month-end.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Interface inventory with contracts
  • Implemented integrations with error handling
  • Master data synchronisation design
  • Monitoring and reconciliation reporting

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • The same data is entered into two systems manually
  • ERP and other systems report different figures
  • Interface failures are discovered days later

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business drivers, decision rights, existing systems, and what the programme must genuinely change. We separate the outcomes that justify the investment from features that only sound useful, so the programme has a purpose to steer by.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review process, data, integration, controls, governance, and change readiness against the plan. We report plainly where the plan holds and where it depends on assumptions that need evidence before commitment.

  3. 03

    Design

Set out target processes, control requirements, data approach, integration model, and adoption plan. Each is documented well enough to build to and to hold a delivery partner accountable against.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilisation, with independent oversight throughout. We hold the line on scope, data readiness, and controls, and surface drift while there is still time to correct it.

Where we work

Delhi, India — and wherever the work is.
