SAP Supply Chain Management

We design SAP supply chain processes end to end, from demand and supply planning through procurement and production to logistics execution, with the master data that makes planning believable treated as a first-order concern. In most struggling supply chains the planning tool is not the problem; the parameters feeding it are wrong, so planners override the output every cycle and trust erodes. We set planning parameters from actual variability, connect planning outputs reliably to execution, and correct the lead times, lot sizes and safety stocks that break planning silently. The result we work towards is planning output that people act on because it is visibly realistic.

In short

SAP supply chain management covers planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics execution across the chain. It only produces trustworthy output when the master data beneath it, the lead times, lot sizes and safety stocks, reflects reality.

What we do

The work inside sap supply chain management.

Planning process design

We design demand and supply planning with parameters derived from actual demand variability rather than inherited defaults. Planning calibrated to how demand really behaves produces output planners can accept, which is the precondition for the system being used rather than overridden.

Procurement and production integration

We connect planning outputs reliably to procurement and production execution, so a plan turns into orders without manual re-entry or interpretation. A clean handoff from planning to execution is what prevents the gap where good plans are quietly lost on the way to the shop floor or the supplier.

Logistics execution

We design inbound, outbound and warehouse execution to be consistent with the assumptions planning is making, so the two do not pull against each other. When execution reflects the same lead times and quantities as the plan, stock behaves as expected instead of drifting out of line with the system.

Master data quality

We fix the lead times, lot sizes and safety stocks that quietly break planning, because the best planning logic cannot compensate for wrong parameters. Correcting this data is usually the fastest way to restore confidence in planning, ahead of any new tool or technique.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Planning process design with parameter basis
  • Procurement and production integration design
  • Logistics execution process design
  • Master data quality assessment and correction plan

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Planning output is overridden manually every cycle
  • Stock is high and availability is still poor
  • Lead times in the system do not match reality

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business drivers, decision rights, existing systems, and what the programme is genuinely expected to change. We separate the outcomes that justify the investment from the features that merely sound desirable, so the programme has a clear purpose to steer by.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review process, data, integration, controls, governance, and change readiness against the plan. We report where the plan is sound and where it rests on assumptions that will not survive contact with delivery.

  3. 03

    Design

Set out the target processes, control requirements, data approach, integration model, and adoption plan. Each is documented well enough for a system integrator to build to and for you to hold them to it.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support the programme through configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilisation with independent oversight. We keep the line on scope, data readiness, and controls while the integrator delivers, and flag drift while it is still correctable.

Where we work

Delhi, India — and wherever the work is.

Fidova provides SAP consulting from Delhi, India, and supports multi-country programmes internationally, including entities with different statutory, tax, and reporting requirements across regions.

Engagements run in English, are scheduled around your time zone, and can be delivered remotely end to end, with on-site time planned where a phase genuinely benefits from being in the room.
