GRI Reporting

We prepare GRI-aligned reports built on a defensible materiality process, with a complete content index and an honest treatment of omissions. GRI expects materiality to be determined through documented stakeholder input, so we run that process properly rather than asserting a conclusion. Where a required disclosure genuinely cannot be reported, we use an omission statement with the reason, because unexplained silence does far more damage to a report's credibility. Where you also report to investors, we map the data once so GRI and investor-focused disclosure are both served without collecting everything twice.

In short

GRI reporting prepares sustainability disclosure in line with the Global Reporting Initiative standards. It rests on an impact-based materiality process, so the topics reported are the ones the organisation most affects in the world.

What we do

The work inside gri reporting.

Materiality determination

We run the impact-based materiality process GRI expects, with stakeholder input documented rather than assumed. A materiality conclusion that can show its working is what gives the whole report its legitimacy under scrutiny.

Universal and topic disclosures

We prepare the universal disclosures and the topic standards for each material topic, in the form GRI prescribes. Covering each material topic in full is what lets the report claim alignment rather than mere reference to the standards.

Content index

We build a complete content index showing exactly where each disclosure is answered. A clear index is often the first thing a reader or reviewer turns to, and it is what demonstrates completeness at a glance.

Omissions and limitations

We state omissions with their reasons rather than leaving gaps for readers to notice. GRI explicitly accommodates reasoned omissions, and using them openly protects credibility far better than an unexplained silence.

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Stakeholders expect GRI-aligned reporting

  • A previous report had unexplained gaps

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your sector, stakeholders, existing commitments, and the requests you are receiving. We establish who is asking you for ESG information and what you have already committed to publicly, so the work answers real pressure rather than a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review material topics, current data, governance, and the gap to the reporting you need to produce. We report plainly where your current numbers would not withstand scrutiny and what it would take to close the gap.

  3. 03

    Design

Define metrics, ownership, data flows, controls, and a reporting approach you can repeat. The design fixes how each number is produced and who owns it, so reporting becomes a repeatable process rather than an annual scramble.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Implement the measurement and governance changes, and review disclosures against the evidence. We test every public claim against its source before publication, so what you disclose is what you can defend.
