Quality Management

We design ERP quality processes that capture inspection results quickly and turn a non-conformance into tracked corrective action rather than a note that is filed and forgotten. Inspection points and sampling are set proportionately, so quality control adds assurance without stalling receiving. Batch and serial traceability are configured from supplier through to customer, so a recall question can be answered in minutes rather than reconstructed by hand. Supplier quality is evaluated from the same data, and customer certificates are produced from system records rather than compiled separately.

In short

ERP quality management handles inspection, non-conformance, corrective action and traceability. The test of a design is a recall question: whether you can trace an affected batch through to the customers shipped in minutes, or only after days of manual investigation.

What we do

The work inside quality management.

Inspection planning and results

We design inspection points and risk-based sampling, with results captured quickly at the point of inspection. Proportionate sampling gives assurance where it matters without the delay that inspecting everything equally would impose on receiving.

Non-conformance and corrective action

We design non-conformance handling that records the issue, tracks root cause and follows corrective action through to closure. This turns recurring defects from a familiar complaint into a problem with an owner and an evidenced resolution.

Traceability

We configure batch and serial traceability from supplier through production to customer, so the chain is complete in both directions. Complete traceability is what lets a recall be scoped and executed in minutes instead of an anxious manual search.

Supplier quality and certificates

We evaluate supplier quality from transaction and inspection data, and produce customer certificates directly from system records. Drawing both from the same source removes the manual compilation that introduces error and delay.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • Inspection plan and sampling configuration
  • Non-conformance and corrective action process
  • Batch and serial traceability configuration
  • Supplier quality evaluation and certificate output

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Quality records are on paper
  • Recurring defects have no corrective action trail
  • A recall would require manual investigation

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business drivers, decision rights, existing systems, and what the programme must genuinely change. We separate the outcomes that justify the investment from features that only sound useful, so the programme has a purpose to steer by.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review process, data, integration, controls, governance, and change readiness against the plan. We report plainly where the plan holds and where it depends on assumptions that need evidence before commitment.

  3. 03

    Design

Set out target processes, control requirements, data approach, integration model, and adoption plan. Each is documented well enough to build to and to hold a delivery partner accountable against.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilisation, with independent oversight throughout. We hold the line on scope, data readiness, and controls, and surface drift while there is still time to correct it.
