CRM Integration

We integrate CRM and ERP around a defined system of record for each data domain, so one system owns each field and the other reads it. Customer master data is synchronised with duplicate prevention, so the same account does not exist twice with conflicting details. Pricing rules stay where they are executed — the ERP — and are exposed to CRM, so quotes reflect prices the business can actually honour. Credit status and service history are made visible to sales, and we reconcile between the systems so consistency is demonstrated rather than assumed.

In short

CRM integration connects customer relationship management with the ERP so sales and finance work from the same customer data. The failure mode is familiar: two customer records, quotes the ERP will not honour, and a sales team that cannot tell whether an order shipped.

What we do

The work inside crm integration.

System of record definition

We decide which system owns each data domain and enforce a single direction of flow per field. Two-way ownership of the same field always drifts, so naming the owner up front is what prevents the quiet divergence that follows.

Customer master synchronisation

We synchronise customer data with matching rules that prevent duplicates at creation, not just clean them up afterwards. One trustworthy customer record is what stops payments, quotes and correspondence going to the wrong version of an account.

Quote-to-order flow

We pass quotes into orders carrying pricing and availability sourced from the ERP, so what the customer was quoted is what the business can deliver and bill. This removes the gap where sales promises terms the ERP will later refuse.

Credit, service and reconciliation

We expose credit status and service history in CRM so sales act with full context, and we reconcile between the systems on a schedule. Reconciliation turns any divergence into a flagged exception rather than a surprise discovered in front of a customer.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • System of record definition per domain
  • Customer master synchronisation implementation
  • Quote-to-order integration
  • Reconciliation reporting between systems

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Sales quote prices that the ERP will not honour
  • Customer records exist twice with different details
  • Sales cannot see whether an order shipped

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business drivers, decision rights, existing systems, and what the programme must genuinely change. We separate the outcomes that justify the investment from features that only sound useful, so the programme has a purpose to steer by.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review process, data, integration, controls, governance, and change readiness against the plan. We report plainly where the plan holds and where it depends on assumptions that need evidence before commitment.

  3. 03

    Design

Set out target processes, control requirements, data approach, integration model, and adoption plan. Each is documented well enough to build to and to hold a delivery partner accountable against.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Support configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilisation, with independent oversight throughout. We hold the line on scope, data readiness, and controls, and surface drift while there is still time to correct it.
