DevOps & CI/CD Implementation

We put in the pipelines, environments and monitoring that make releasing software an ordinary event — automated checks, reproducible environments and a way back when something is wrong. The path from commit to production carries automated tests, security checks and approval gates placed where they add value rather than friction. Environments are defined as code so they are reproducible and comparable, which ends the problems that appear only in one of them. Credentials move into managed secret storage with rotation and least privilege, and rollback is a tested procedure rather than an improvisation under pressure.

In short

DevOps and CI/CD implementation makes building, testing, releasing and observing software routine, repeatable and reversible. The aim is that a release is an ordinary event rather than something the team braces for.

What we do

The work inside devops & ci/cd implementation.

Pipeline design

We build the path from commit to production with automated tests, security checks and approval gates in the right places. Gates placed thoughtfully catch problems without becoming bureaucracy the team learns to bypass. The pipeline enforces the standard consistently, so quality does not depend on who happens to be releasing.

Environment provisioning

We define environments as code so they are reproducible, comparable and disposable. An environment described in code can be stood up identically for testing and torn down when it is no longer needed. This removes the hand-built differences that let a bug hide in production while every test passes.

Secrets and access control

We move credentials into managed secret storage with rotation and least-privilege pipeline permissions. Secrets kept in code or shared between people are a standing risk that managed storage and rotation close off. The pipeline is given only the access it needs, so a compromised step cannot reach everything.

Monitoring, alerting and rollback

We instrument releases, alert on the signals that matter and make rollback a tested procedure. Alerting on the right signals means a bad release is noticed in minutes rather than through user complaints. A rollback that has been rehearsed can be used calmly, which is what makes frequent releasing safe.

What you receive

Deliverables, in writing.

Documented output your teams keep and can act on without us in the room.

  • CI/CD pipelines with automated quality and security gates
  • Infrastructure-as-code environment definitions
  • Secrets management and pipeline permission model
  • Monitoring, alerting and tested rollback procedure

When this work helps

You may be facing this.

  • Releases are manual, rare and stressful
  • Environments differ and problems appear only in production
  • Credentials are stored in code or shared between people

How an engagement runs

Discover, assess, design, deliver.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the outcome, users, constraints, and the decisions that must be made before code direction is set. We spend this time with the people who own the result and the people who will build it, so scope reflects both.

  2. 02

    Assess

Examine the current architecture, delivery practice, integration surface, and engineering risk. We establish where the genuine difficulty lies, rather than accepting the risk the team already happens to worry about most.

  3. 03

    Design

Define the technical approach, delivery plan, quality gates, and ownership model in writing. Committing it to writing means the reasoning behind each decision survives staff change and supplier handover.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Work with your teams through build and release, adjusting the plan as evidence emerges rather than defending the original estimate. We keep the quality gates and progress evidence in place so leadership can watch the build land.

Where we work

Delhi, India — and wherever the work is.

Fidova provides software development consulting from Delhi, India, and works with product and engineering teams internationally — across India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, the UK, and North America — remotely, with on-site time where the work needs it.

Engagements run in English, are scheduled around your time zone, and can be delivered remotely end to end, with on-site time planned where a phase genuinely benefits from being in the room.
